We are a nabe (hot pot) restaurant where you can comfortably enjoy yourself even on your own.
[The First Bite's Impact]
In order to concentrate "delicious" into the first bite, we hand-pick ingredients and engage in repeated trial-and-error in making soup.
[Ingredients]
For our prided motsu, we use mainly Kyushu-produced and exclusively domestic beef offal.
The secret to jiggly motsu is from fatty young offal of the highest grade, cut to larger 10g pieces. The skin is also tender.
[Soup]
The soup is made by extracting the sweetness of motsu and vegetables to the fullest, as well as thoroughly blending ingredients together.
