Okonomiyaki is a Japanese food that consists of enjoying your added "okonomi," or preferred ingredients together with a rich sauce poured on top. Our store's okonomiyaki is known as "Kansaiyaki;" blending the ingredients before cooking is its definitive feature, using water mixed with flour, cabbage, egg, meat, and seafood on occasion both sides are cooked and it is topped with sauce, mayonnaise, seaweed, and bonito flakes before being eaten. Additionally, drinks include local Okayama beer and local Okayama sake. Shimizu white peach Kaku highballs etc. are also available. *Halal food preparation is unavailable at our store.
