We are long-established soba noodle restaurant, open from 1965. You can also enjoy Japanese sake at this restaurant.
Enjoy soba with our special dashi soup we prepare every morning, dishes using ingredients from Setouchi.

Our traditional soba noodles are prepared from the ingredients we are particular about.
Enjoy our "White Soba" using fine-qualified buckwheat flour characterized by its nice "texture on your tongue and satisfyingly quaffable delicacy."
We prepare dashi soup of rather sweeter and gentle taste every morning from natural Rishiri kelp and 3 kinds of dried bonito flakes. Our dashi taste is unique in Hiroshima. Soba dashi soup is also used for the menu to fully accentuate the deliciousness of the ingredients from Hiroshima and Setouchi. The drinks such as sake, whiskey, and gin, you can enjoy with side dishes, are also Hiroshima products.
We specially serve the course meals you can enjoy the deliciousness of Hiroshima along with our prided soba noodles!
