“SUSHI IN SAPPORO--a surprising venue.”
We went here twice for dinner. It's an intimate, family-ru- looking operation serving excellent, fresh sushi. They replenish their pantry and fridge every day. We were recommended a variety of fish and solutions for our daughter that made us very happy. Subdued and respectful service , but with some... banter and chi-chat with old customers. The service is very polite but not stiff. Reserve! We wanted to go for a third time, but it was full. The restaurant is located in a building basement, as it often happens in Japan. Calm, Tasty, Fresh, Homey.
