One word...WOW!!! One of the main reasons we came to Kobe was to try authentic local Kobe beef. The restaurant came highly recommended from a taxi driver and our hotel lobby. Needless to say, we were NOT disappointed! As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you can notice that the place is a lit...tle upscale despite the hibachi table setup. Once the servers greet you and start attending to you, you begin to enjoy all aspects of your visit. They carefully explain what grades of Kobe beef you can choose from. Note, the menu has all sets so you will get a full menu. Once we selected our cuts, our chef was nice, knowledgeable and knew just how to cook the steak, He cooked it to a perfect medium rare. It melted in your mouth as soon as it touched your tongue. Yes, it was pricey but well worth the meal and experience. Enjoy!!!

We ordered the last three of Kobe Beef Hamburg Steak Lunch (only a limited number available daily) by 12:15. They cooked them in front of your eyes. The food was good and did not betray our expectations.

We loved this place! Excellent service and amazing Kobe beef. We didn’t have a reservation but they were very nice and willing to give us a couple of seats at the grill bar if it was ok to wait 20 min. Great decision, a chef made our meals in front of us. It was lunch time and we got a lunch combo... instead of “a la cârte”. It was a very good choice. My husband’s combo was an Excellence Awarded Kobe Beef that practically melted in his mouth. My combo was Premium Kobe Beef with a little less fat than my husband”s. Amazing, too! The rest of the meal was also very good, too (soup, fresh and grilled vegetables, small pieces of wagyu beef, rice or bread, dessert, coffee or tea). Prices as expected for Kobe beef. We will definetly get back to this restaurant (better with a reservation, lol!).

Our group of 13 knew prices were over the top but we wanted to try the much touted Kobe beef and we all left satisfied in spite of the high prices. Service was excellent and the chef who prepared our meal was engaging. Over-all a good experience but I probably won't be back soon due to the high pric...es of the award winning steaks.

This is my 2nd visit. I returned to this restaurant just for the delicious Kobe beef. This time in addition to the Kobe beef set, we ordered also prawn and abalone. Both were fresh and tasty. Service was up to standard though not impressive. Everything was good, beef was excellent but a bit exp...ensive. A place worth for top quality beef at a price.
