Wagyu DEDESUKE Ginza

Great restaurant for wagyu beef and the pork was good too. The staff are lovely and helpful. Drinks are very reasonable . Went twice during our stay in Tokyo it was that good

I went to Hormone Dedesuke for lunch today and the entire experience just blew me away. My waitress Mae, was extremely helpful in explaining the menu and cooking of the meat. All the staff were very welcoming and made me feel very at ease. This was my first time eating at a Japanese steakhouse an...d it did not disappoint - although you are given a BBQ dipping sauce, the meat was seasoned to perfection and just melted in the mouth - easily the best steak I have tasted. I thought that the price for the meal was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. The ambience was quite lovely too - no main lights causing glare but still lit well enough to see easy enough. Finally, they have a great playlist too, something I have rarely noticed in other restaurants. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Mae and the rest of the team at Hormone Dedesuke!

My Japanese colleagues took me here; they know all the good places near our Ginza office. This place didn't disappoint! All the beef cuts they ordered was delicious and I like how you grill it yourself. The egg soup and Korean cold noodles were delicious too. We also tried some stuff off the offal ...menu, which would have made me squeamish but it all was surprisingly delicious as well. Much better than any Japanese or Korean BBQ I've had back home in the States. The menu has English so you can point when ordering.

A solid Wagyu place on par with some of the top-rated TripAdvisor steakhouses in Tokyo. If I was staying in Ginza I wouldn’t travel far for a higher rated place.
