Beginning with summer's assorted conger pike and winter's puffer fish cuisine, you can enjoy Kyoto-syle kaiseki with the intermittent flavour of the seasons in a space reminiscent of tradition, including a Japanese cypress counter treasured since foundation and Sukiya-style room among other Kyoto charms.
