“Kobe steak cooked to perfection”
The location was a little difficult to find in the building as Google Maps had difficulty in finding it on the 8th floor. The atmosphere was great and our chef, Kenta was excellent. The meat was mouth watering and cooked to perfection. The side dishes were also delicious and tasty. Kenta, our chef w...as very friendly and courteous. We had booked for a particular time and spent no time waiting. The service was to a high standard. It was a memorable and first class experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant as an excellent place to dine on high quality Japanese Kobe steak.

“GOOD STEAK BUT BE CAREFUL WITH THE BILL”
Three of us from our G4F group went to Ishida for beef steak dinner. We got the English menu but the communication with the staff was not good. We asked for separate bills but this was not understood. We had our steak done medium and we were happy with the steaks. The other items that came with the ...set was the standard variety. The service was good At the payment counter,we had to insist on separate bills. My friend was charged double the price he ordered. Issue resolved, so recommend double check the bill.

“Excellent Kobe Beef Steaks”
It was my first time having Kobe beef steaks and the taste was much better that US beef prime grade. We had sirloin and tenderloin. Sirloin was softer and tastier than US prime new york strip. Not cheap, but worth it.

“Food is decent, but I think it’s not an honest shop.”
Have an early dinner around 6pm. Staff hand over an English menu, and I ordered a Kobe beef set. Food portion is a bit small, but the quality is okay. However, when we paid the bills there is a different of price. The English menu stated the Kobe beef set is the lunch price, while the exact Kobe bee...f set (with same portion) dine at night is 20% more! We asked and the staff said it’s a mistake to handover the lunch menu. To me, it is somehow misleading, and it seems a trick to the tourists. Will not in my consideration list next time.☹️

“Best Kobe beef”
A marvelous dinner at Ishida Links Umeda, Osaka. It’s on the 8th floor of the new Links Umeda building. The Kobe beef was really good, melts in your mouth and you hardly need to chew. Service was excellent and the quality was first class. Kobe-Ishida is a well known chain and it’s a little on the pr...icey side but the beef was really good.
