We offer Morioka Reimen, yakiniku, and cuisines that combine Iwate and Korean food culture, making use of the rich ingredients brought up by the land of Iwate Prefecture.
We're the restaurant that is known as the birthplace of the Reimen, based in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.

Our concept (at PYON PYON SYA Te-su)started as a restaurant of "Morioka Reimen and Korean cuisine. Te-su in Korean means "a big tree." In Korean mythology, the guardian deity of large forests Te-su draws from past memory and knowledge to inspire us all of the great wonders of nature.
We offer cuisines using the rich ingredients brought up by the land of Iwate Prefecture.
