Sakanaichiba Hakatachikushiguchi 3rd store

We stayed one night in Fukuoka and were extremely lucky to find this restaurant. It was our first visit to Japan and were very impressed with this traditional Japanese eatery which offered an excellent menu. The food and atmosphere were perfect and I recommend a visit if you are in the area. The ...service is first class and friendly and an English menu was available to us. Note: this restaurant is part of the Forza Hotel. The only downside was that, as in most Japanese restaurants, smoking is allowed. I am very surprised that a country which is so clean and forward thinking, still allows this.
