A yakitori restaurant of adult atmosphere welcomes you with fine dishes from extremely fresh ingredients.
Our char-grilled kushiyaki are prepared from chicken freshly dressed in the morning, free-range chicken ""Amakusa Daiou"" shipped directly from our contracted farmers, Japanese Brown cattle "Akaushi" directly from Kumamoto, and Itoshima Pork directly from Fukuoka, etc.
Even as a yakitori restaurant, we also serve popular dishes from fish and vegetables that evoke the seasons.
We serve our Hakata specialty dish from Gomasaba (sesame-flavored mackerel), as well as offal hot pot, mizutaki, and Itoshima Pork rolled with vegetables as ”Grilled Vegetable Roll Skewers.” These are highly recommended.
Please select your glass of wine from each three to four selections of red or white wine.
We have a large wine cellar, so please fully enjoy our wine selections by the bottle as well.
