Serving courses prepared from carefully-selected food ingredients - approximately 150 different fresh sashimi selections and tempura, our popular domestic wild live Japanese lobster course, also popular pike conger cuisine, seafood shabu-shabu, Edo-mae style sushi, eel, soft-shelled turtle, wild Longtooth grouper, and shrimp rumored to be an illusion, etc. - according to the customer's budget.
