Our name, Uogashii-ta, is a blend of "Uogashi" (fish market) and "Casita." We invite you to pronounce it as "Uo-ga-shii-ta."
It has been my long-held dream to create a Japanese restaurant rooted in the "Casita" philosophy. Today, that dream finally becomes a reality. While our cuisine has transitioned to authentic Japanese, the spirit of Casita remains unchanged.
Our mission is simple: to ensure both your appetite and your heart are fully satisfied. We source the freshest fish and seasonal vegetables daily, preparing them simply over an open flame to bring out their natural flavors.
