Gyu shabu shabu zen (beef hot pot meal)

Features extraordinarily fresh Hokkaido beef loin, noteworthy for its tenderness and mild flavor. This moderately priced set meal is served with vegetables, rice, miso-shiru (miso soup), tsukemono (pickled vegetables), tempura (fritters) and otsukuri (slices of raw fish).

Ayame (sushi meal)

This extravagant set menu includes eight pieces of sushi: maguro (tuna), salmon, tako (octopus), ikura (salmon roe), sushi-ebi (shrimp), kohada (gizzard shad) and domestic madai (red sea bream) served with kobachi (assorted side dishes in small bowls, chawan-mushi (savory steamed egg custard) and miso-shiru (miso soup). Hanayayohei insists on top quality sushi ingredients.

Tempura zen (Tempura meal)

This set menu comes with three types of sashimi (sliced raw fish), rice, chawan-mushi (savory steamed egg custard) and tsukemono (pickled vegetables). The tempura is fried in vegetable oil to maintain the flavor of the ingredients and only made to order so you can enjoy it hot and crispy. Dip the tempura in the tsuyu (dipping sauce) and enjoy.

Ebi ten-don (shrimp Tempura rice bowl)

This set menu comes with kobachi (assorted side dishes in small bowls), chawan-mushi (savory steamed egg custard), miso-shiru (miso soup) and tsukemono (pickled vegetables). This dish consists of a rice bowl topped with shrimp tempura and covered in a sweet tare (sauce). This dish looks as good as it tastes.

Ten-seiro (Tempura with noodles in a wicker basket)

Six types of Tempura served with soba in a special wicker basket. This meal also includes a mini-sized donburi, available in one of two variations. Add a bit of wasabi (Japanese horseradish) and some negi (green onions) to the tsuke-jiru (dipping sauce) according to your taste and enjoy.

Hokkai chirashi (Hokkai sushi)

Chirashi is vinegar seasoned sushi rice topped with maguro (tuna), salmon and a variety of other toppings.

Ozara sashimi moriawase (Assorted sashimi platter)

Assortment of six types of sashimi (sliced raw fish) including maguro (tuna), ika (cuttlefish), tsubu-gai (sea snail), domestic madai (red sea bream), ama-ebi (sweet shrimp) and salmon (serves 2–3 people). Enjoy fresh treasures from the sea served at their peak.

Choose from two courses:
1. Beef + pork all-you-can-eat course
Adults: 2,680 yen plus tax / 65 or older: 1,980 yen plus tax

2. Pork all-you-can-eat course
Adults: 2,180 yen plus tax / 65 or older: 1,680 yen plus tax

Note: Elementary school students (ages 6–12) eat for half the adult price, and children aged five and under eat free.
