Go‐En Kyotosanjoshimmachi

My wife and I were looking for Wagyu steak that melted on your tongue and this is exactly what we had. The Wagyu was AMAZING and quite literally dissolved on your tongue as you ate it. Upstairs is a typical Japanese seating area (on the floor) with a little private room at the back which we were luc...ky enough to get. It’s a very authentic experience and I’d highly recommend it. There were multiple courses of different grades of Wagyu steak so we could experience the difference textures and tastes. The owner/chef literally cooked our meal at the table. This is a must do if you’re looking for an authentic Japanese restaurant with excellent Wagyu.

The food was pretty good. But the atmosphere was phenomenal due to the soft music, the sound of rain, and comfy mats. AC is great, and wi fi is great too. I’m normally a hater for restaurants but this restaurant was relatively cheap compared to other places selling Wagyu. Plus, I felt comfortable wi...th the nice lady cooking the meat just right for me.

Fantastic food, really good portion and quality, with tasty kimchi, rice, dashi soup, salad etc too. Good value for money. The wait time was quick. Nice easy location to find. The wagyu beef was delicious. The lady cooking our meat was lovely and informative. The owner also popped by a few times and... was very nice. Lovely atmosphere and lovely food! Fully recommend this restaurant 😁 10 stars!

We walked by on a whim and went in. Such an incredible hot pot and delicious Korean barbecue. The staff are super sweet and they cooked our barbecue table Seid and had a great conversation. I highly recommend! The atmosphere was a mix of traditional Japanese style in a little bit more modern. Cool... vibe.
