“Rip-off, tourist trap!”
Avoid getting caught for a 5,000 or 12,000 Yen cover-charge to get into the so-called Sky Lounge (charged to hotel guests, as well as members of the public). Once they have fleeced you for that, they will then seat you at a table which is three rows back from the windows. Tables with a view are rese...rved for people with dinner reservations. In all honesty, we may as well have been seated in a basement, for all the view we had! Their big claim to fame is that there is no cover-charge after 10:00 pm. Avoid!

“Worst ever ”
Dear Marriott, after coming to Japan regularly for more than 10 years I have now had my worst dinner experience ever, right hete in your upscale Zenith Lounge on 52nd floor. Not only do you charge a cover fee also for your guests, but the food is terrible, your Chicken Basket is the worst meal I’ve ...ever had in Japan, and the service is terrible as well. When I told your staff that the food is terrible and that I couldn’t finish it, they just walked away and brought me the bill. This is clearly not Marriott standard, not even close!

“Atmosphere is great, though not much choice on red wine”
Went up to the Sky Lounge Zenith for a drink after dinner, unfortunately they don't have much choice of red wine option, we have to go for beer. But the atmosphere is great and comfortable....

“quick drink up with amazing view after dinner”
Ran up here for quick drink with my business associate. amazing view way up in the sky- one of the tallest i know of... friendly staff great bartender, fast drink.

“Do not go here!”
This place is such a rip off. We were a big group and one of us ordered warm water. The bill came and there was Shirley temple on the list and we said no one ordered it. Then the guy said its for the water! 1200 yen for a regular hot water! It was not even Evian nor Badiot. I'm not sure if the staff... are being honest with their bill since water is not in their billing system. To top it all.. They have a terrible lounge singer. It's a nice place but I think the management need something to do about it
